Eaton Street Studios seeks artists who want to develop a community arts and craft workspace. 307 S. Eaton Street features a secure environment, a single story accessible building and a great location within the Highlandtown Arts District. Eaton Street Studios strives to establish a productive environment for artisans, provide visibility for artists, and develop a gathering space for the Baltimore art community.

 

SPACE AMMENITIES

• 17,000 square feet available for rent

• Spaces will be equipped with electrical outlets and some spaces will have utility sinks

• Common spaces of the building will include shared bathrooms, sinks, and community space. Community space will be used for meetings, networking, collaborating, and receptions. Eaton Street Studios plans to also develop a gallery space to serve as a visibility tool.

• The site is located within the Highlandtown Arts District, one of two state designated Arts Districts in Baltimore City. The arts district boasts southeast's largest collection of retail and industrial spaces, along with affordable housing and a convenient location, easily accessible from I-95, I-895, Fells Point and Downtown.
